When it comes to mental health and wellbeing, winter can be one of the most challenging times of the year. Short days, limited sunshine and colder weather all impact our mood and energy so it’s no coincidence that Blue Monday,
dubbed the most depressing day of the year, falls in January.
In this series we’ll explore practical, research-backed strategies rooted in hypnotherapy and nutrition to support physical and mental health, building emotional resilience, to help you move through the winter season with ease, ready to leap into spring.
